I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus. Phl 3:14. I Think this verse is a good summary of my thoughts for this year. Looking back at the past year and even a little further back at what my life has been up to this point, I have made a decision to “PRESS on toward the goal”…not to say that I haven’t in the past but I feel like this year I am at a point in my life where it’s time to stop thinking, wondering, and dreaming about the future and pursue or Press on toward it. With the awesome blessing that is Lifepoint Church-Plantation Key, my loving and supporting family, and the love of a beautiful woman (who will become my wife this year!!), I think I am put in a position to grow and mature like never before, and I can do nothing but give all the glory, honor, and praise to my Heavenly Father who is so AMAZING! So, good things, bad things, amazing things, horrible things, weird things, unexpected things…by the grace of God i will “PRESS on toward the goal”!
